Our 14-Day Cleanse includes a strategic two-week meal plan and delicious recipes designed to nourish your body with nutrient-dense raw and cooked plant foods (all vegan) that are alkaline-forming and have anti-inflammatory properties to support the detox process.
We focus on eating non-starchy vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, nuts, and seeds to deliver balanced nutrition.
During the cleanse, you will be giving your body a break from animal protein, dairy, gluten, grains, beans/legumes (including soy), acid-and fungus-forming nuts (cashews), nightshades (tomatoes, bell pepper, eggplant, and potatoes), and added sugars.
We highly recommend investing the time to make the recipes on our meal plan to maximize the results of your cleanse.
However, to save on meal prep, you may want to order juices and food from Enjoy Pure Food + Drink in Leawood. We are partners in the restaurant, and developed the smoothies and juices.

HOW TO ORDER
PRE-CLEANSE
PREPARE: ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CLEANSE
During the 14-Day Cleanse, you will be nourishing your body with nutrient-dense raw and cooked plant foods (all vegan) that are alkaline-forming and have anti-inflammatory properties to support the detox process.
The two-week meal plan and recipes we provide focus on non-starchy vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, nuts, and seeds to deliver balanced nutrition.
During the cleanse, you will be giving your body a break from animal protein, dairy, gluten, grains, beans/legumes (including soy), acid-and fungus-forming nuts (cashews), nightshades (tomatoes, bell pepper, eggplant, and potatoes), and added sugars.
Slowly eliminate animal protein, processed foods, fried foods, dairy, gluten, grains, added sugars, and caffeine.
Eat raw and cooked plant foods (vegan).
To prepare for the cleanse, you may order any menu items from Enjoy Pure Food + Drink.

DAYS 8 - 10: JUICE FASTING
FRESH JUICES, BROTH, HERBAL TEAS
To support the natural circadian rhythm of your body, we recommend drinking higher sugar juices in the morning (for better energy), lower sugar juices in the afternoon, and lowest sugar (alkaline-forming) juices in the evening to support better rest and sleep.
Order Your Juices (3 Per Day) by Tuesday November 12th.
Order the 16 ounce large juices to ensure you have enough juice and won't be hungry. We recommend diluting the juices with at least 1 cup of filtered water (as we suggest doing in our juice recipes) to slow down the assimilation of the sugars for better blood sugar and a sustained release of energy. You will also have more juice to drink!
BREAKFAST JUICES: Rejuvenizing, Oxygenizing, or Seasonal Juice (higher sugar content)
LUNCH JUICES: Greenzing, Cleanzing, Oxygenizing, or Metabolizing (lower sugar content)
DINNER JUICES: Greenzing (lowest in sugar) or Cleanzing (lower sugar content)
SNACK JUICE: Celery Juice for afternoon and evening snacks to support adrenal health.
Our meal plan includes recipes for Vegetable Broth and Juice Popsicles in addition to 3 juices per day to prevent hunger.
We highly recommend making these recipes OR purchasing additional juices to have on hand. Celery Juice is great because it is low in natural sugar and supports better adrenal health.
