But, I didn’t start out as a food and health expert. 

After being plagued by extreme lethargy as a teenager, I was finally diagnosed with Epstein-Barr virus. I read countless books, studied nutrition, attended hundreds of cooking classes, sought counsel from top medical practitioners, and dabbled with many ways of eating. 

I finally found the answers I was looking for, and realized that getting healthy and staying healthy does not have to be complicated. It's actually really simple with the right tools and support.

Gosh, wouldn't it be easy if somebody did the research for you, made sense of it all, cherry-picked the good stuff, and laid it out in an easy sensible way that wasn't extreme so you could feel better and enjoy your life?

I want to be that person for you as I have been for so many others. I am here to help you make the journey easy, delicious, and fun! 

HEY, I'M KAREN, and I've been coaching for over 30 years.

I've spent my life working as a certified health coach and reflexologist, and I've helped thousands of people improve their health. My passion is empowering people to take charge of their wellness. My mom died from breast cancer at 49 when I was only 17. I don’t want anyone’s life to end early because they don’t know how to take care of yourself.

I discovered the power of eating good foods when I was a single mom raising my daughter. I was working two jobs and I was exhausted. I would grab food on the run, miss meals, not rest, and I was struggling with my weight.

I started preparing simple fresh foods. My blood sugar stabilized, I had more energy throughout my day, I lost weight easily, and I slept better. So, I was more productive, I was happier, I enjoyed my work, and I was a better mom, friend, daughter, and partner.
