We really love Omega Juicers. After trying a lot of different kinds of masticating and centrifugal juicers, our favorite machine is the Omega 8006. This slow-speed masticating juicer gets a great yield with both fibrous and high-water-content produce, and also with leafy greens. It’s also really easy to clean.
We love KitchenAid blenders.
The KitchenAid Pro Line Series blender is now the most powerful blender in the world.
We also use the KitchenAid Diamond blender. This conventional blender is affordable, and you will get results. Soak nuts, seeds, and grate fibrous ingredients like beets, carrots, and apples for the smoothest consistency with the recipes.
We use this machine to zucchini noodles for raw pastas. You don’t need one of these machines (you can use a wide vegetable peeler), but we do recommend getting one of you want to eat more raw foods. We use the Paderno Vegetable Spiralizer as it is inexpensive, and easy to use.
